Fifth Session of North Eurasian Climate Outlook Forum (NEACOF-5) was held from October 29, 2013 – through November 1, 2013 in Moscow. Working languages were English and Russian. More than 60 participants from 16 countries have taken part in this event.

The objective of this meeting was to bring together the climate experts from National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHSs) of Commonwealth Independent States (CIS) countries, representatives of RA VI RCC- Network, specialists of the climate services provision and end-users from socio-economic sectors.
