In November 2016, eleventh session of Regional Climate Outlook Forum for North Eurasian region  (NEACOF-11) has been conducted on the base of Internet resources. The main task of the NEACOF-11 was the issue a seasonal forecast for the winter of 2016-2017 over CIS territory.
